With classes capped at 12 participants, our trainers can design programs for all fitness levels, focused on individual results. Our group classes are high energy, fun, and incorporate cutting edge methods and fitness technology, like the installation of our new heart rate training system. On a large monitor, group class participants can see in real-time what heart rate zone they are working in at a particular moment. This allows an individual to know exactly what it feels like when they enter their maximum “fat-burning zone,” while it’s happening. Learning to train in the fat burning zone, which starts with recognizing when it’s happening, is the key to rapidly reaching goals.
